The harsh reality of a Godless universe comes along with enormous consequences. Nothing is solved by pretending a powerful deity is going to give you life after death. I wish that was true as much as the next person, but latching onto the fantasy of an afterlife only causes indifference in regards to curing aging. Now is the time to spread the doubt of God (Gods are unproven hypothetical conjecture), whilst giving people hope of Indefinite life extension. The main problem with mainstream secular culture is that it doesn't emphasize any alternative possibilities to live forever! While the death cults are eagerly anticipating their own destruction, rational people should be striving like mad to cure aging and encourage other people to do the same.
