The universe has no concern for our survival. Part of my life's purpose is to make everyone astutely aware of the grave danger that we're in. Entropy and the threat of oblivion is the greatest enemy of eternal life fans. The possibility of oblivion should be repulsive to any self-respecting person because oblivion makes life absurd and meaningless. But now for some good news: Lawrence Krauss might be wrong about our future. The future IS NOT set in stone!!! The "heat death of the universe" is only a hypothesis after all. And even if heat death does occur, maybe with the power of technology, we humans might become as powerful Gods who can create our own universe. This is what we should strive for, but first thing on the agenda is to fight for Indefinite life extension ( SENS.ORG ) Right now, most of the world is hoping and wishing that an unproven hypothetical deity is going to save them, while they twiddle their thumbs as they their bodies grow old and decay. They are doing nothing to save themselves FROM DEATH!!! I don't pretend that living forever will be easy. Carl Sagan once said that "Extinction is the rule and survival is the exception."
