The reality star Diem Brown died at the age of 32, after a long, painful and degrading battle with cancer. Diem Brown was a fighter till the end. I have a special place in my heart for people who keep fighting death, rather than to give up and accept defeat. Weak people surrender to death because death is the easy way to end the pain. Isn't it beautiful when people cherish their life SO MUCH that they are willing to endure extreme pain and suffering? Diem Brown could have killed herself with assisted suicide, but she chose life instead. If you're ever diagnosed with a "terminal" illness, my advice is to FIGHT. I cannot, in good conscience ever condone suicide under any circumstances. I cannot respect anyone's choice to kill themselves. Always remember that the best way to guarantee a loss is to quite. "I want people to know that the fight is worth it, and that's something that's so important for me." —Diem Brown I don't like the trend we're seeing in the world with all this "death with dignity" crap. There's no such thing. They used Brittany Maynard as the poster girl for this movement. The death with dignity movement spills into the death-positive movement, which supports the idea of death-acceptance. When people accept death, it causes them to become ambivalent in regards to defeating aging. Death is always—ALWAYS—wrong. "You can live with dignity; you can't die with it!" —Dr. Gregory House I think it's best if suicide remains highly stigmatized. If we give our approval to suicidal people, we will only encourage more people to kill themselves when life get's hard. via Eternal Life Fan Club http://ift.tt/1FeaJhz
