
Our health is our gateway to eternal life and self-love is the key to opening the gate. When you truly love yourself, you're going to take your health extremely seriously. I think people care for their own eternal life to the same degree that they love themselves. If you don't want to live forever or if you are engaging in self-destructive habits, that is a sign that you don't TRULY love yourself. So the question we need to ask ourselves is: How do we increase our own self-love and avoid self-hatred? I think the key lies in these 2 main things: Firstly, never go against your own moral compass. If you do something that you feel is wrong, you're going to experience self-hatred and guilt. Enough of these feelings might actually lead you to kill yourself slowly via subtle lifestyle choices (overeating, eating junk food, taking drugs, and other risky behaviors.) And secondly, do something with your life that makes you feel valuable and important. Usually this is something to help other people. Even doing small things to help other people will go a long way towards increasing your own feelings of self-worth, which is vital. Sadly, I think many people don't want eternal life because they don't feel worthy of it. Maybe they feel like a useless parasite on the planet. People who feel that way have the power to change and make themselves an asset to humanity because everyone has something to contribute. It starts with believing in yourself and taking that first step. I myself was plagued with feelings of low self-esteem. The truth is I never felt like a very valuable person, but making this fan club really helped destroy those negative feelings. Ironically, the more I tell people to love themselves and make healthy choices, the more I end up loving myself and making healthy choices!
