Today I watched Still Alice, and I give it 10 stars! The movie is about a woman who is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, and the extreme suffering the disease causes. If we combat aging with Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence, then the nightmare of Alzheimer's disease will end once and for all. Watch this short clip from the movie, where Alice describes what it's like in the early stages of the disease (while she can still talk): http://ift.tt/1APzdKq Later on in the movie, her symptoms get MUCH WORSE. Alzheimer's disease is one reason that I doubt the existence of a soul. If we had a soul, then why would the deterioration of the brain make us lose who we are? It seems that who we are is entirely dependent on our PHYSICAL brain. Unless we cure aging, we all have a horrible fate ahead of us.
