I agree with Zoltan and I think most religions are actually death cults because they teach that you must die to get eternal life. It's particularly sad that young children are indoctrinated into the belief in life after death. Being indoctrinated in this way is very unfair to a child because a child who believes in heaven will have a greater propensity to risk their life, thinking they will get another life in heaven. Not surprisingly, many religious people actually look forward to death and they oppose potentially life-saving technology such as nanotechnology and brain implants.
